The recycled bottles are scored around the whole circumference of the bottle and then cut into rings, these rings are then polished with glass cleaner (to remove any dirt and fingerprints from the surface) and then placed into the kiln to be fused. After the glass has fused together into a sheet (not losing its circular ring form) it is placed over a plaster mould to be slumped into the shape of a bowl. Once this firing process is finished the bowl is taken out of the kiln and polished with glass cleaner/ water 

The bowls which are hand crafted from recycled glass aiming to help the environment, also making the product highly ethical. Glass is an ideal green material that can be recycled time and time again without deteriorating. 

Priced at just £15 including VAT the glass bowl is great value for money for a hand designed and produced piece.
